He has been a psychotherapist, trainer, consultant and professor over the course of his 38 years in the profession. For the past 20 years Dr. Walsh has focused on both the nonprofit and for profit business sector where he has conducted research and provided coaching, training and team building to global companies, smaller businesses and university sector.
