Liesl is an experienced life and leadership/executive coach of individuals, various organizations and industries both nationally and internationally. She has been creating and leading transformational coaching and events for over 18 years. Her passion is helping individuals and teams find success, contentment and happiness, find relief from suffering and stress, and implement their purpose, passion in a way that benefits all stakeholders. She is a certified mindfulness instructor and certified integral coach. Liesl brings to her work a combination of depth and insight given her various roles (as leader, coach, mentor, parent) and given her accomplishments which span the areas of IT, human resources, research and development, organizational development, and psychometrics.She is the Mother of two teen daughters, who motivate her to be the best possible person she can be.

Rachael Grossman

Certified Executive Coach/Consultant

Rachael is a certified executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in the corporate, non-profit and social enterprise sectors. She has managed Organizational Advancement divisions encompassing new business development, fundraising, public relations, As a C-level executive, she has developed and marketing and strategic partnerships for Parenting Magazine, Women.com, and the Women’s Funding Network. For five years, she served as the Chief of Organizational Advancement for Goodwill Industries of San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin Counties, building out a comprehensive development program for a $30 million legacy social service agency. As a consultant, Rachael helps clients develop strategic growth and partnerships plans, and helps develop staff capacity to implement these strategies. She is an executive coach for the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits’ Leaders Institute.
