Don Double, M.A. serves as President of Redirections, Inc. For over 23 years, Don has worked primarily with Fortune 1000 corporations providing coaching and consulting to top-level executives, managers and internationally with executives from Europe, Asia and South America.
During the last 15 years, Don has combined assessment techniques with special programs aimed at managing organizational change. His professional focus includes multi-rater performance systems, succession planning, individual assessment, conflict management and leadership development for teams.
Don has provided executive coaching to more than 5000 executives from over 21 countries during his career. Their titles range from mid-level to CEO levels. He is particularly strong in gathering, assessing and interpreting data that help leaders understand how to improve their leadership skills.

With more than ten years of consulting and corporate experience, Liesl is an expert in the design of talent management systems that align with business goals. She has worked with organizations to identify business strategies, to assess organizational performance and to implement various tools and techniques that improve organizational performance.
Liesl is experienced in the design of competency models based on business goals and the creation and implementation of Human Resource systems based on these competency models. Liesl has also implemented programs to improve organizational performance and employee morale in an international subsidiary of a corporation in

Liesl is a certified executive coach through the Center for Creative Leadership, the internationally recognized leader in executive coaching services and leadership development. She works closely with Senior Leaders and Managers on their own individual development. She also has extensive experience designing and implementing programs to recruit and retain top talent. Liesl is experienced in designing employee selection tools that predict job performance and are legally defensible.
