STEP ONE in getting this person back on track is to build a complete and accurate profile of their functioning. This is done by in-depth interviews with colleagues, Multi-Rater instruments, and analysis of business results.

STEP TWO synthesizes this information and provides comprehensive and direct feedback to the executive. An action plan is developed that focuses on short-term positive change.

STEP THREE institutes monthly follow up programs to assess the progress and success of the program. The usual length of this intensive process is about 6 months.
